By accessing or using Goodvibe (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Goodvibe is a product discovery platform for apps and products built by makers in Southeast Asia.

2. User Accounts

To submit or interact with products, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Submitted Content

By submitting a product listing, you confirm that you are the maker or an authorised representative, and that all information provided is accurate. You grant Goodvibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote your submitted content on the platform.

You retain ownership of your content. Goodvibe does not claim ownership over any products or intellectual property you submit.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the platform without permission
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

5. Voting and Comments

Votes and comments are intended to foster genuine community feedback. Manipulating votes through fake accounts or coordinated activity is prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Goodvibe name, logo, and platform design are owned by Goodvibe and may not be used without prior written permission. All other trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Goodvibe does not endorse or verify the products listed on the platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any product submitted by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodvibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
